I needed to book the day of and was able to find this place for a decent price. It was a small room, but perfect for me. I pretty much stayed in the hotel and enjoyed having the water heater and microwave. When I ran out of some water and snacks, I could easily make a quick run to the convenience store down the street. It was quite cold, so I had the heater on and the room became quite warm. The hotel is also close to the station and not difficult to find.

The room and bathroom was small, but as that's what you would normally expect in Japan. Also as a tourist, I wasn't planning on spending much time in my hotel room apart from taking shower and resting. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were very clean, heat pump in the room, and as a bonus you are able to pick up amenities (toothbrush, slippers, towels, rubbish bag, bathing sponge, comb) from the counter as you require - no charge and no need to ask the staff. Staffs had limited English but did the basics and had no trouble - friendly also. Lastly, great value for money!

Situated conveniently for Daimyo and for the Akasaka metro station, connecting to Hakata station. There are 24 hours convenience stores nearby, alongside laundry (washing and drying) facilities in the hotel plus refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was clean and a nice touch with a bathtub. Check-in was straightforward and the hotel allowed storage of luggage after checkout for collecting later the same day. A good place to stay for a solo traveler doing their own thing.
